The terms that apply to using this website. The terms of an actual build live in the contract we would sign with you.
The important one first: nothing on this website is a contract, a binding quote, or an offer to build. A price we discuss becomes a commitment only when it is written into a construction agreement that both sides have signed.
Agreement to these terms
By using https://www.fonsecabuilds.com you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms cover your use of the website only — they are not the terms of any building work, which are set out separately in a signed construction agreement.
What this site is for
This site exists to describe the work Fonseca Builders does, show projects we have completed, and let you start a conversation about a project of your own. The information here is general. It is not architectural, engineering, structural, code, or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for a professional assessment of your specific site and plans.
Enquiries and estimates
- Submitting the enquiry form does not create a contract, and does not oblige us to take on your project or you to hire us.
- Any figure, timeline, or budget range mentioned on this site or given in an initial conversation is indicative only. Real pricing depends on your site, your plans, your selections, and conditions at the time.
- A written estimate is valid only for the period stated on it, and is subject to a site visit and to final drawings and specifications.
- We may decline an enquiry, including where a project falls outside the areas we serve or the work we do.
- Scope, price, schedule, payment, warranty, and change-order terms are governed entirely by the signed construction agreement. Where anything on this website conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
Permits, licensing, and codes
Building work in this region is regulated at the city and county level, and requirements differ between jurisdictions. Permits, inspections, zoning approvals, and licensing for a given project are handled as part of that project and confirmed with the relevant building authority at the time. Nothing on this website should be read as a representation about the licensing or permitting status of any particular project or jurisdiction.

Photographs on this site show work associated with Fonseca Builders. They illustrate style, quality, and scope; they are not a promise that your project will match them. Finishes, materials, dimensions, and layouts vary with every build, and some photographs show optional selections that are not included as standard.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site belong to Fonseca Builders or are used with permission. You are welcome to view and print pages for your own use in considering a project. Please do not republish, resell, or use our photographs or copy for another business, or present our completed work as your own.
Acceptable use

- Do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to it, or scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Floyd County, Indiana.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
