We start with a conversation about your site, the scope you have in mind, your budget range, and your timeline. This is where we get aligned on priorities and figure out whether what you want fits what you're planning to spend.

Next we shape the plan: refining layouts, confirming materials and selections, and locking in the details before a single board is cut. Getting decisions made up front is what keeps the build on schedule later.

With the plan set, we prepare the project for the approvals it needs and line up scheduling. Handling permitting properly keeps the project moving and avoids costly surprises down the line.

Construction is managed by our own superintendent with regular communication throughout. You'll always know what's happening on site, what's next, and how the project is tracking against the plan.

At the finish, we walk the project together, close out any final details, and turn over a build that's ready to live in or use. The goal is a clean handover with nothing left hanging.
